“…Fox host Chris Wallace pressed Romney on his support for the Ryan budget, suggesting that Ryan's plans to eliminate $700 billion in aid to states, including $127 billion in food stamps, would make Romney vulnerable to Democratic attacks in the general election. Romney said that he would help the poor by growing the economy, and suggested that cutting government benefits for the poor wouldn't cause problems.
"Cutting welfare spending dramatically, I don't think will hurt the poor," Romney said….” The Huffington Post
Sure sure… cutting food stamps and Medicade and other programs will not hurt the poor. Romney will bet you $10,000.00 that it will not hurt the poor.
Romney wants to eliminate $700 billion in aid to states and $127 billion in food stamps. He does not think it will have any effect at all.
After that woman, in Texas, at a food stamp office in Texas could not get any food stamps after trying for a year she killed both her children and herself in the food stamp office so now there are three less people trying to get food stamps. I wonder if that is how Romney plans to take care of the problem?
